Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PebbleSpace (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PebbleSpace is a remote hosting and collaboration platform for PebbleNest repositories. It lets you push, pull, browse, and review code, manage organizations, and configure access. Features may evolve over time.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API tokens secret.
  • You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • Notify the administrator promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials you failed to protect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the service.
  • Abuse automated access, exceed reasonable resource limits, or evade quotas.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the repositories and content you upload. You grant the service the limited rights needed to store, transmit, and display that content to operate the platform for you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you push.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PebbleSpace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Keep your own backups of anything important.

8. Contact
